Deliveries are made by semi or gooseneck trailers. Freight payment is due upon delivery to the freight carrier.

 

The customer is responsible for unloading the truck. The driver will untarp the trailer.

 

Be sure that the nursery stock is unloaded and handled properly by lifting by the root ball and containers, NOT by the tops of the plants. This will prevent damage.

 

WATER MERCHANDISE IMMEDIATELY UPON UNLOADING.
